Construction company requires to install digital intercom system within the building that allow all residents to be able to visually see all visitors and at the same time communicated with them. The system should also allow the door to be opened from any one intercom client device. SysMaster M20 Digital Intercom system supports unlimited number of video intercom clients that connect to a single M20 server located at the building entrance. All clients can view in real-time all visitors, communicate via audio channels, and open the door.

Real-time Video Broadcast Feed
M20 Digital Intercom System allows real-time video broadcast. The device that is located at the building entrance has a built-in video camera that constantly broadcasts video in real-time to all devices within the intercom network. All devices located in the individual apartments/offices of the residents can receive this video broadcast and see who is standing at the door.

Client-to-server Audio Communication
M20 Digital Intercom System support audio communication form any one device (called client) located in the apartment/office to the central device (called server) located at the door. The communication is two way to allow the visitor to identify himself and communicate with the resident.

Client-to-client Audio Communication
M20 Digital Intercom System allows residents to dial their extension number and thus communicate with their neighbors via the phone. No video feed is supported during this communication. The video still displays the video feed from the server device located at the door of the building.

Real-time Door Control
M20 Digital Intercom System allows each client device to send a secure signal to the central device using the intercom network that will open the door lock. All such attempts are recorded in a log and can be retrieved if necessary. The server M20 Digital Intercom System includes a relay that will turn on/ff the automatic electric door lock.

Auto Discovery
M20 Digital Intercom System includes automated audo discovery feature to allow every new device that is installed to be automatically detected by the other devices in the intercom network and included in their respective phone books. This feature allows automatic phone book updates to be automatically propagated and the intercom network to be scaleable.
Phone Book and Resident List
M20 Digital Intercom System supports phone book and resident list feature that allows every visitor to browse the resident list and be able to manually or automatically dial their access number to ring their client M20 device. The client devices can select to accept or ignore the inbound request and if necessary redirect the request to the Voicemail system.
Advanced integrated voicemail system
All client devices support voice mail system to allow messages to be left or retrieved in real-time. The visitors can choose to leave messages and the residents can retrieve and delete them. The system also supports custom greetings that will allow visitors to be redirected to an alternative address (for example).
